When you come to the Bikery, we'll help you fix your bike yourself. You'll have full access to all of our tools, space, and volunteers' knowledge to help you as much (or as little) as you need. We provide a DIY repair, learning, and community resource space.
For the use of the tools, space, and equipment, we ask for $5-$15 per hour. Stand time is available whenever we are open on a first-come, first-served basis, and includes support from the on-duty volunteer mechanic-educator.
Bike Parts, Bikes, Frames, & Accessories:
We sell a wide range of new and used bike parts to help support our mission, pay our bills, and keep our doors open. Our new parts include items like tubes, locks, lights, flat kits and other necessities to keep you rolling.
All of the used parts and bikes we have for sell have been donated to us, which allows us to sell them at a low cost. All of the parts for sale are priced based on the individual part- please consult with the volunteer on duty to determine the cost of a particular item.
We also have a rotating stock of refurbished bikes for sale. These bikes are all donated by community members and refurbished by our Mechanic-Educators to be sold. Because we get donations every week, inventory changes quickly so come in often and check out our current bikes!
We gladly accept used parts and bikes as donations- please bring them by when we are open. Please note that we can't take everything because of limited space, but we'll try out best!
