WTF Nite - Love Poem Edition

Have you ever written a love poem to your bike?

Get your gears turning thinking about what makes your heart pitter patter as you pedal. We will have some materials on hand to make found poems to your dear steeds. This is also a great time to show some love to the most neglected part of your bicycle. What part is that? Listen closely, and your bike will tell you ♥

About WTF Nights:
WTF nights are special drop-in hours held once a month at the Bikery. These nights are a space for all people who identify as women, trans, femme, and non-binary to work on bicycles and connect with one another in a supportive environment.

No previous knowledge is necessary, we all learn and teach together!

Bicycle maintenance has been an overwhelmingly cismale-dominated area. The Bikery aims to empower individuals who have been marginalized or intimidated in bike work spaces to gain knowledge and confidence in a welcoming environment.

If you are not women, trans, femme identified, please be an ally by visiting The Bikery during regular hours.

Suggested $5-10 donation for stand time and tool use helps us keep our doors open.

WTF Night - Reflective Bike Hearts

It's dark, it's cold, it's also February when things (supposedly) get all lovey-dovey. Well, my cold heart loves my bike the best. Let's celebrate this purest form of love by making some red reflective hearts. I'll also be celebrating my [Ella's] 33rd bday near this, so I figure that is as good as an excuse as any for some sparkling rose.

Suggested $5-10 donation for stand time and tool use helps us keep our doors open.
